ABOUT CD

CD is a mod designed to provide an enhanced level of control and accessibility over the game's intensity settings. For example, through CD, it's possible to set how many zeds can be alive on the battlefield, change the spawn intensity, change zed health, and so on. We can even set the game to use a predefined list of zeds that spawn for each wave. The possibilities are nearly limitless!

This results in a more difficult, yet consistent, experience that demands a higher degree of teamwork, coordination, and skill. For many players, CD represents the ideal KF2 cooperative experience and scratches the itch, so to speak, for those players who want just a little bit more than what the game offers in its standard set of difficulties & modes.

CD & THIS TOURNAMENT

This tournament uses CD as a base in order to create as fair and equal of an environment as possible for all players involved. Without it, many of the random variables present in the vanilla game have the potential to create outcomes that do not adequately represent players' knowledge of the game and mechanical skill.

CD will be used in this tournament to create a difficulty that is slightly beyond that of Hell on Earth.

There are many flavors of the mod which have varying features. You can find most of them at the link above. Instructions to install and setup are provided on each of the respective builds' Workshop pages.

2. Join the Tamari's KF2 Community:

Our community is the premier place to play and enjoy CD in the North American region, but we have many members from all around the world, and servers in most of the major regions of the world. Our ultimate goal is to introduce new players to CD and foster a non-toxic environment where fun, learning, and an engaging experience are prioritized above all else.
